1. Promoter and Eligibility

The promoter of this giveaway (the Promotion) is Marsden & Whittle Limited.
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over as of the date of entry.
Employees of Marsden & Whittle Limited, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 09:00 on 9th October 2025 until 16:00 on 19th October 2025 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

  • Registration during the Promotion Period entitles each entrant to:
    • One try in the Lucky Dip at the Home Life & You Show (18–19 October 2025).
    • One entry into the Grand Prize Draw.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Each person may enter once only. Entrants must not use multiple email addresses or other means to submit more than one entry. Any entrant found to have done so will be disqualified.

4. The Prize

The Grand Prize consists of a Luxury Home Fragrance Hamper, including:

  • 3 × 100ml Reed Diffusers
  • 1 × 100ml Room Mist
  • 1 × 300ml Hand & Body Wash
  • 1 × 300ml Hand & Body Lotion
  • 1 × 7.5ml Car Diffuser

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a random draw.
  • The draw will take place by Sunday 16th November 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
  • The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner within 7 days of 16th November 2025.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide:
    • Proof of identity
    • A valid postal address for prize delivery
  • Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Once the winner’s postal details have been confirmed, the prize will be delivered to the winner’s address within one month.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
    • Delayed or failed delivery due to incorrect contact or postal details.
    • Returned or undelivered prizes, which will be deemed unwanted.
  • In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the entry process will be used for the administration of this Promotion and for marketing activity in accordance with Marsden & Whittle’s Privacy Policy.
Entrants’ data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

8. General Terms

  • By entering this Promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to:
    • Amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    • Substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
