This product is of very good quality. The scent is gorgeous and makes my bathroom smell really lovely. I like it so much I bought 2 more reed diffusers and a room spray for Christmas gifts. Lovely quality diffuser , the smell is not overpowering, it lingers in the air but is subtle, I love it . The bottle had leaked in the packaging and I contacted customer service who sent out a replacement one really promptly, excellent customer service support via email. First time I’d heard of this brand but I can’t recommend them enough !
