We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail for our postal services and offer a choice of a 24 or 48 hour tracked service.

Please note that the 24 and 48 hour service relates to the transit time in the Royal Mail delivery network - please allow extra time for us to process, pick and pack your order.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders will be delivered to you in 3 working days. 
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders will be delivered to you in 4 to 7 working days.

Currently we only deliver to UK customers.

Free delivery for orders over £50

We automatically offer free 48 hour tracked delivery for all orders over £50. If you'd like your order to reach you more quickly, simply select another delivery option at the checkout.

Free local delivery

We offer free delivery to the following postcode areas:

CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH47, CH48, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62, CH63, CH64, CH65 and CH66.

The free local delivery option should be selected automatically as the shipping method when you enter your postcode at the checkout.

Please note that we bundle local deliveries together to help reduce our impact on the environment. It may take up to 7 working days for us to get your items to you. If you would prefer a quicker service please select an alternative postage option at the checkout.
