Packaging with Purpose

We keep our packaging minimal to reduce waste. Our reed diffusers are sold without outer boxes to avoid unnecessary cardboard use. We’ve also introduced refill options—a simple but effective way to reduce glass consumption and extend the life of your diffuser. Reusing is always better than recycling!

Our refill bottles are made from fully recyclable PET plastic, and because they’re lightweight, they help us lower the carbon footprint of each parcel we send.

Thoughtful Shipping

All our mail orders are packed using 100% biodegradable, compostable maize-based starch pellets. Retail parcels are wrapped in pure kraft paper, sourced from sustainably managed forests. We also reuse packaging materials like bubble wrap and packing paper whenever possible, helping reduce what goes to landfill.

Reuse First, Recycle Always

We aim to reuse materials wherever we can. When that’s not possible, we make sure to recycle responsibly. This includes cardboard, plastics, and any other recyclable materials we encounter in our operations.

Supporting Local, Reducing Emissions

We proudly source the majority of our products from within the UK. This supports British industry and helps cut down on the emissions associated with air freight.

Lower-Impact Travel

When attending events or making local deliveries, we use an electric vehicle whenever possible. It’s a small but important way we contribute to cleaner air in our towns and communities.
