Marsden & Whittle started as a family business and stayed one. Every diffuser is blend is still hand-crafted in small batches in our Cheshire Scent Studio - the same process whether it's bottle one or bottle ten thousand.
Your questions answered
Yes: the Trio and Collection both let you split the diffusers however you like between the two scents, or stick to one throughout.
A new box every 3 months, priced at your subscriber rate every time. Skip, swap the scent split, or cancel from your account whenever you like, no minimum term.
At least 12 weeks with normal use, no daily reed-turning needed. That's what the delivery cadence is built around.
It's added once, alongside your first box, at a discounted price. You can add another any time from your account.
Update or pause a subscription any time before it dispatches. You'll get an email reminder a few days ahead of each box.
